Service Agreement

Scope of Services
- Mowing: Regular cutting of grass to maintain lawn health and appearance.
- Trimming: Edging and trimming around edges, pathways, and garden beds.
- Cleanup: Removal of clippings and debris post-mowing.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on client preference and lawn requirements. We strive to maintain punctuality; however, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling. Clients will be notified at the earliest convenience in such events.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of each service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Pricing
- Standard Lawn Mowing: $30 per session.
- Trimming and Edging: $15 per session.
- Full Service Package: $45 per session.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to ensure that the lawn area is accessible on the scheduled day. This includes clearing any obstacles such as toys, garden equipment, or debris that may impede service delivery. Clients are also responsible for informing us of any specific lawn care instructions or areas requiring special attention.
Property Access
Clients must provide access to the property during the scheduled service times. This may involve providing keys, access codes, or arranging for someone to be present to grant access.
Liability and Insurance
While we take utmost care in performing our services, accidents may occur. Our company is fully insured to cover any potential damages or injuries that may arise during service delivery. However, clients are advised to inform us of any potential hazards on the property prior to service.
Damage Policy
In the unlikely event of property damage, clients must notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate measures, including repairs or compensation as necessary.
Service Guarantees
We are committed to delivering high-quality lawn mowing services. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, they must inform us within 24 hours so that we can address and rectify the issue promptly.

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 14 days. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date must be settled promptly.
Immediate Termination
In cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately without prior notice.
